KratomShop.com is a reference site. We do not sell kratom, take orders, ship products, process returns, or handle payments — so if your message is about an order, it belongs with whichever vendor you actually bought from, not with us.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. A factual error, a dead or misattributed citation, a claim the current literature no longer supports, or a legal status that has changed. This is the most useful mail we get.
- Source requests. If an article makes a claim and you want the study behind it, ask and we will either provide it or retract the claim.
- Research and press. Published work you think belongs in our coverage, or a question from a journalist or researcher.
- Privacy requests. Removal of a comment you left, or of the personal data attached to it. See our Privacy Policy.
What we cannot help with
- Medical questions. We are not clinicians and will not tell you whether kratom is safe for you, how much to take, or how it will interact with your medication. Please read the Medical Disclaimer and speak to a healthcare professional.
- Legal advice. We can point you at the text of a statute. We cannot tell you what is legal where you live.
- Vendor recommendations or disputes. We do not rank, rate, or arbitrate vendors.
We aim to reply within 5 business days. Unsolicited link-placement, guest-post, and paid-review pitches are not answered.
